My blog's almost dead for a few days now.I'm reviving it again!

It has been almost 2 weeks since i started working at KFC anchorpoint. Jux got an info that one of our schoolmates also worked in anchorpoint. I don't reali chat with her though. I managed to get along well with everyone there (cos people will tend to hate each other). The experience of collaborating to make the franchise a success is like once in a lifetime. Actually, I hate the uniform! Ok i will jux jump straight to my most stupid experience i had during work. I was at the fries area and suddenly an order came. Wanna noe what it was? K it was cheese fries. Nothing unusual right? But what if i tell you that the person ordered cheese fries, but didn't want the cheese and mayonnaise...O.O <-everyone's expression. It was an unexpected order. At first I thought that wat the cashier hollered was cheese fries without the spring onions, but when i sent it out, the cashier pointed out that it was vice versa, cheese fries with ONLI spring onions. OK...wow. Some vegetarians also ordered zingers without the patty, and it was quite understandable. Not like ordering cheese fries without cheese =P

Lately I have been running lots of anime marathons. Usuali done when I get home from work, around 0000hr. Usuali watched are Japanese and Korean movies, animes, dramas and Japanese MTVs. Jux yesterday I did a Deathnote marathon from 0000hr to 0730 hr. I watched all 3 movies straight without stopping (except for morning prayers). This is my routine everytime after work. Noe wats it called? It's called LIFE. Some other movies watched are 200 Pounds Beauty, Ghost train, Absolute Boyfriend, Virgin Snow, A Spirit of The Sun(the best so far), Windstruck and Piano no Mori. Currently jux finished watching One Litre of Tears,a touching Japanese drama.

Oh yea, and speaking of which, I too, am thinking of whether Twilight has got anything to do with Vampire Knight or Shugo Chara. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it has been in the crunchyroll forums for awhile now. You see(for those who are interested), in Twilight, the girl is always saved by the BLOODY vampire. People across Asia have been comparing it to some animes currently. In the case of Vampire Knight, Yuki is always saved by pureblood vampire Kaname everywhere she goes. And in the case of Shugo Chara, Ikuto(a cat,although not a vampire) is always there when Hinamori Amu is in trouble. Forum users are also arguing regarding which was created first, Twilight or the animes (thought I know it is unreasonable to quarrel about this issue). But to think about it personally, the storylines are basically off-edge fro all three media, and none are similar.

Went to bugis with Cheng Ying yesterday. Helped him to find clothes. In the end he bought a black and white striped casual smart collared-long sleeves, and a black vest. Makes him look like a cool waiter(he wanted to look that way) thanx to my recommendation =P Then we went to chinatown to visit Pan In The Box, an anime shop, also selling cosplay. Planning to buy a deathnote book. Maybe, MAYBE, next year at another Cosfest i will be dressing up as Ikuto(school uniform,not the chara change costume,it has a cross on t which i cannot wear). Now i'm desperately trying to find a Yoru plush toy to bring along. Hahas!

HEY again.

Well, I've decided 2 stay wif KFC. Jux a sudden change of mind. Apart from travveling time, evrything was ok. I've got new frens who are fun-going, yet can do work properly. Managers there are also alright, except sometimes wen people do not do their work properly. I got paid $5/hr. Its ok for me though. Cos there's free food where i can jux take n pop inside my mouth(when the manager's nt looking =D).

Worked from 1700h to 2100hr. Four hours felt like double the time. Today the most strictest manager there came. He happened to know my mum who worked wif him before. AND because of that I was alright wif him n vice versa. Luckily too, i didnt get any scolding, even from him. Yay! But who knows, in the future..

My colleague Arif was always bullied by the manager, and he almost went berserk. I was constantly asked to fry stuff. I think dats mainly my job over there. I did it for about more than half of the time. The job dat i like most is serving fries. Cos it's the easiest job over there! Its jux whether the cashier ordered regular,medium or large fries,or cheese fries. Get it ready is all there is to it. But at the point of time when fries has finished, I had to fry more.. and it takes 3 minutes for half a packet of fries to be ready. So i had 2 keep frying them.There are lots of things to be fried - fries, popcorn chicken, chicken strips, patties, fillets, shrimps, bites, and some more which i forgot. Preparing burgers was also fun,especially during wrapping. The easiest of burger making is making shroom burger. you jux add half a scoop of mushroom and a chicken patty, then wrap.

Tomorrow's slot is from 1400hr to 1800hr. Get to meet my fren Amin who works from 0900hr to 1500hr. K luh I'm sleeping soon.

HEY

Went 2 work 2dae..okok laa. Dun wanna sae much, cos I'm now too tired..its usual for the first day anw. Learnt the procedures n ways.. Went in at 1600h and went home at 2145h. Actuali was supposed 2 go home 45 mins earlier bt it was fun chatting and playing wif other colleagues that i lost track of time. Kept on snatching food after i fried them. Hahas =D

Bus journey was 45 mins! So long ..maybe will ask for transfer soon. 2 boon lay area maybe. I'm not even sure if i still wanna stick wif KFC. Searching for another job would seem like job-hopping.

Working tmr at 1700h. Bt nt sure till wad tym. K laa..till here dis tym. I...m.....too...ti..red...to...ty..pe.... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Todae was cold and wet. It rained almost a whole day (and so do some people's hearts). Teens are scampering around in their windbreakers and cardigans, foreign workers were racing against the little droplets with their bike in hope of searching for shelter, and the elderly were staggering to cross the slippery road without taking note of the red light. Children were drenched hopping on puddles of water on walkways and void decks, and parents were doubtful of whether or not to go to wedding invitations of their relatives and friends in this weather. Vehicles rushed to be parked as soon as their owners could get them too,and the MRT slowed down rapidly even though the station was not yet visible. From the upper storeys, umbrellas were seen moving briskly sheltering their owners from the tiny little droplets. Stray animals were seen squatting at the far end of the block whining, as if they were asking for the rain to stop pouring down.

But I felt that it was lucky that we beings could adapt to these kind of environments that are constantly changing and beyond human control. I was glad to still see families going out of the house in high spirits, n smiles of people in the MRT, chatting, laughing, gossiping, touring, and even cuddling with each other. The world is in fact, lucky.


But sometimes I don't understand people, especially, who are afraid of rain. They despise and critisize rain as if rain was going to make them melt on the floor, be squashed into a tiny pancake, or maybe cause them to be disabled, handicapped or deformed. U might as well go to h.ell, there's no water there =P



My simple messsage is-don't look at rain as an obstruction,look at it as a blessing from God. Can u imagine a case where there is no rain in Singapore and that when it finally comes, the whole lot of people in the country would go out of their houses to celebrate, welcome these droplets onto their bodies,make themselves wet, and feel what God has given u as a blessing. Rain would be more appreciated that way, I personally think.



Anw went 2 my uncle's house jux nw at 1200hr..Passed my late grandma's IC to him as he needs it for something official which i cannot disclose. Oh, and in front of ang mo kio hub jux now, there was a large christmas tree decoration which released foam from the middle branches. They do quite looked like snow from afar. People start rushing to the tree and jumped for joy. Children laughed. Teenagers (chiou bus) wiped foam on each others' faces and snapped pictures. Quite happy seeing them happy. Better enjoy now before its too late to enjoy anymore. =) Made a move at 1800hr, but before reaching home i made my way to the studio and got myself guitar strings! Yay! At the studio all the rooms were occupied, and the owners were playing guitar hero at the counter! WTH. They were playing the song 'Dragonforce-Through The Fire And Flames' and i enjoyed watching them for awhile before i took a bus to the marketplace near my house and bought dinner.



Wen i reached home, this was what i saw:




Jang was like, resting on the sofa and didnt want 2 move. It was wen i opened my pack of hor fun dat he started 2 get up from the sofa and onto the table. My mum picked him up before he could have a nasty taste of my hor fun =P

And in fact, it is still drizzling here in Boon Lay.Hope that the rain continues to be a blessing in the eyes of people.

Didn't update the night i was supposed 2 update..

Anw nothing much happened ytd. Went out 2 clementi 2 buy a pair of contact lenses and a choker (something like a necklace for those who dun noe). Wearing the lenses 4 work. Bt 2 bad i cant wear my choker during work =( Oh, n I used my favourite guitar pick as a pendant for it. So dat it's always wif me wherever I go n dat i noe i wun lose it. It's actually jux a trademark 4 guitarists. To label them as one. And to bring out someone's passion in the instrument.

Was feeling bad ytd..cos I couldnt go to the cosplay fair at expo ytd. Felt reali bad. Cos i havent got my pay yet n the entrance fee dis tym was 12 bucks! Had wanted 2 go so badly. Starting work tmr. At 1600hr. Oh and since the N'level results will be released dis thursday, Dec 18 2008, more den half of the crew there will not turn up 4 work.. n tmr i will try 2 ask for permission 2 work in the morning n den join my frens for a barbeque in the evening. I couldnt imagine if their mood suddenly changes after receiving their results n wouldn't have a great time at the barbeque.

Oh I nid 2 go out 2dae 2 my uncle's house, den 2 the studio to buy guitar strings..BB!

Had a dream... Bought a laptop dat weighs abt 3 kgs! Hahas..siao so heavy for wad..bt cnt remember the brand.. or was there? Cos it was cheap n my mum forced me 2 buy it..n i could recall i had a hard time carrying it. Hope it doesn't happen in real life =P

N my cat vomited jux nw..ard 1330hrs. Pitiful..dun sae gross. Its temp. is oso quite warm for a cat, so i guess its jux having slight discomfort in the stomach n fever.

Hihi! Hahas..dis is my first time managing a blog so please ignore if my blog sounds abit stupid. Anw,kinda bored rite,waiting for our O' level results..haiz,sian. Bt at least its gd dat we hav a break nw,nt later! Hahas. Many of my schoolmates out there,alr working,i wish u all the best n gd luck in experiencing working life kay? N gd luck learning how money is valuable n dat its nt meant 2 be wasted(unless ure loaded of course).

Working at the Sitex exhibition was fun. Oh,for those of u who dont noe wad im blabbering abt,it was an IT fair held at the expo frm 27-30nov. Quite hot(nt the fair u silly,the showcase gals)lol. I was selling laptops. Suzuki brand. Sounds really...cool eh?! Hahas.. BT dun judge a bk by its cover k! Although u may laugh at the branding, tell u sth-its better den 1/3 of the comp brands in the market,which i cnt personally tell the brand,if nt some of u might explode n sae that im sort of biassed. Bt think abt tis,its hard 2 get a 15-inch laptop with built-in nvidia geforce graphics for onli $1199 rite? Hahas..met some hotties..boring. N there was dis chio bu showcase gals who went 2 the karaoke set n unembarassedly picked up the mic 2 sing. N my compliment was: 'SH*T VOICE'. Eeee! Bt i onli started working on the 2nd dae..gt lobang from You Zhi. Bt lucky for me,after 3 days(36hrs) of standing up n wasting my saliva 2 ppl who r nt even interested 2 buy the laptops,i managed 2 sell 15 laptops in total.. Basic pay was $50/day. Commission was $10/laptop. Bt at the end of the dae,we counted our sales n we managed 2 sell a total of 150+ laptops,breaking the cut of 120. So..commission was raised to $15/laptop. Yay! hahas...bt still havent get paid yet cos dey still checking receipts. Bt its ok.

Hmm..May be going 4 interview at KFC Queensway tmr. Mcdonalds didnt give me a reply,so might as well go back to KFC. Gd dat i have 2 frens working dere too, who r oso my bandmates,Hakimi n Amin.

Anw,i still miss my classmates..how i wished dat theres another chalet or soon,bt.. Dream on Azwan. =P There r ppl who share the same interests as me, ppl who dun like me much(bt i personally dun mind anw), ppl who i like talking 2, ppl who like talking 2 me(r there any?), ppl who r humorous, ppl who r straight n so serious dey dun understand jokes, ppl who others trust n put all their secrets in one basket, ppl who others distrust n noe dat the person will pour out evry single secret in them, ppl who will be treasured, n no one who will be nt treasured, cos evryone's treasured. Hari Raya Haji 2dae was nt a bad dae.first we went 2 my grandma's house. My dad's side. My musician uncle frm Malaysia taught me loads of sh*t abt playing guitar,n i enjoyed my favourite-prawns!! Den we went 2 my uncle's hse. My mum's side. My late grandma used 2 stay there,bt passed away abt a month ago. Quite saddened cos of her absence.Bt it was still great. Me n my relatives told jokes, ate 2geda n watched tv programmes. Den me,my cuzzins n uncles discussed abt wad songs 2 plae wen we go jamming dis sat/sun. After the whole thing my uncle fetched my family home in his new mitsubishi EX, which he modified 2 look almost like a mitsubishi lancer evo, which would have costed more den 2X his EX. N can u imagine 8 ppl squeezing in a 5-seater car?? (ouch i had 2 squeeze dat part).Den switched on comp wen i reached home at ard 10. Ard 2am,which was 2dae morning, i was the onli 1 awake,watching 200 pounds of beauty on crunchyroll.com. The main actress-CHIOU BU!!! Was hungry so i cooked chicken noodles.ooo!haiz.. Den now im sitting here again online wen i chanced upon my sis' blog, n decided 2 make my own. N here's the product..MY BLOG! Hahas . =D

K now i nid 2 do housework n den slp. Its been an achievement creating, designing, building, painting, decorating n rearranging dis blog, n now i leave this post 4 u 2 read.
